I’m Helin Cepil, co-founder of Olbiatech.
My story
Over 15 years in sales and business development across IT and telecom have taught me that growth depends on how well a business runs: how quickly it responds, how consistently it follows up, and how effectively its people and systems work together.
I’ve worked with businesses across energy, retail, healthcare, finance and other sectors, helping them strengthen the technology foundations needed to scale. Along the way, I became increasingly interested in where everyday processes break down, and how those gaps affect customers, teams and revenue.
My experience delivering tailored AI and data-driven solutions began in 2018. It shaped my approach today:

I co-founded Olbiatech to bring that approach to small and medium-sized businesses. We combine commercial insight with tailored AI and automation to improve customer communication, capture more opportunities and reduce repetitive work. From calls, WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries to follow-up, booking and internal workflows, we build systems around each business’s needs and existing tools.
I work alongside owners and leadership teams from identifying bottlenecks through to implementation and ongoing improvement. My focus is on making daily operations easier and helping businesses build a stronger foundation for growth.
Engineering & security
Security first. Then everything else.
I’m Berkay Erinç, co-founder and tech lead of Olbiatech. I’ve worked in IT for 10 years, much of it in cybersecurity. That time taught me that a system’s value isn’t measured only by what it can do, but by how far it can be trusted.
Cybersecurity teaches you to look at a system from its weakest point. It means thinking from the start about where data flows, who can access what, and what happens when something goes wrong. As AI reaches deeper into a business’s customer communication, calendars and internal processes, that perspective becomes even more critical.
At Olbiatech I lead the engineering team, and every system we build follows the same principle:
Security isn’t a layer added later. It’s part of the design from the very first line.
Alongside security, a large part of my work is automation and integration. I build the workflows that connect a business’s calendar, email, WhatsApp and Instagram accounts, payment and phone systems, so data moves from one tool to the next without manual re-entry and reaches the right person at the right time. A good integration is infrastructure the team barely notices, yet it saves them hours every day.
With that approach, we design AI systems for everything from customer service to operations. We test every system in a separate environment, limit access on a least-privilege basis, make data protection the default, and never put anything live without the business’s approval.
For me, good technology is technology that works correctly without being noticed. We work so that businesses can rely on AI with confidence, sleep easy at night, and have infrastructure that grows with them.
