Your right to deletion
Olbiatech Limited respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold about you, including any data associated withInstagram or Facebook Messenger conversations handled by our services on behalf of a business.
How to request deletion
- Emailcontact@olbiatech.comwith the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Tell us your name and the contact identifier you used (e.g. your Instagram/Facebook handle, phone number, or email).
- Name the business you contacted (the Olbiatech client whose Page, Instagram, or phone line you messaged), if known.
We will verify the request and delete or anonymise the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it. We will confirm by email once completed.
What gets deleted
- Message content and conversation history we processed for the request.
- Contact details and any lead/appointment records created from your interaction, where we act as processor for the business.
- Associated AI processing logs tied to your identifier.
Note: where Olbiatech processes data on behalf of a business client (data processor), that business is the data controller. We will action your request and, where appropriate, coordinate with that business.
Instagram & Messenger data
If you interacted with a business through Instagram or Facebook Messenger and want the related data removed, the steps above apply. You may also remove or restrict the connection from your own Instagram/Facebook settings at any time.
