It depends on scope. The proposal we send after the call lists the monthly figure and any one-off setup separately. Nothing appears later.
How long is the contract?
There is no lock-in. It runs month to month and you can stop at the end of any of them.
How quickly does it go live?
Usually about a week from the first call to something running. Bigger scopes go out in stages, and the first stage is still live inside a week.
Do we have to drop our current tools?
No. We build on the CRM, calendar and inbox you already use. Nothing changes unless you want it to.
Where does the data live?
Conversations and records sit in a space created for your business. The privacy policy has the detail.
